1. General Conditions

  • By purchasing from this store, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior during livestreams, fraudulent orders, or abuse of our policies.

2. Autograph Sales

  • All autograph and merchandise sales are final.

  • Personalization requests (names, character names, inscriptions, quotes, pen color, autograph placement) will be honored whenever possible, but are completed at the talent’s discretion.

  • Personalization requests are considered final. If you need to make a change, you must email support at christmassignings@gmail.com within 2 days of the scheduled signing. Requests made after that period may not be honored.

  • Items may have minor handling wear due to the signing process.

3. Returns & Refunds

All questions regarding returns, refunds, or shipping are covered under our [Refund & Return Policy]. Please review that policy for details.

4. Livestreams & Meet & Greets

  • We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control, including livestream platform outages or your internet connection.

  • No refunds will be given for missed livestreams, poor internet connection, or removal from sessions due to inappropriate conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, logos, and promotional materials on this site are the property of Chris Tergliafera Online Signings and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Privacy

  • Your personal information (name, shipping address, email) is used only for order fulfillment and communication about your purchase.

  • We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties outside of order processing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
