Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow additional time during signing events or high-demand periods.

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination and option selected at checkout.

🚨 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We want your experience to be perfect - if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

• Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra cost.

• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at christmassignings@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and original packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
