Thanks so much for your support! We want every fan to enjoy their signed collectibles. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us at christmassignings@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Exchange & Return Policy
All sales are final in the autograph collectible business. Signed prints and merchandise are sold “as is” and cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of damage.
Refunds

Orders not fulfilled within 90 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been signed.

Refunds are not offered after 90 days of purchase.
Product Condition & Authenticity

Prints may show very light handling wear or minor imperfections.

Requests for personalization (names, character names, quotes, inscriptions, pen color, or placement of autograph) will be honored whenever possible, but remain at Chris Tergliafera’s discretion.
Reporting Issues

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt at christmassignings@gmail.com.

Please include clear photos of the front and back of the print, the damage, and the original packaging.

Damaged or lost insured items may take up to 30 days to process due to carrier insurance requirements.
Returns

Returns will only be accepted if pre-approved by our team.
Replacements

Replacements for damaged or defective autographs are at the sole discretion of Chris Tergliafera’s signing team.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Livestream Orders
- We are not responsible for internet connectivity issues, missed livestreams, or disconnections during video chat sessions.
- No refunds or exchanges will be provided if you miss your scheduled session or are removed due to inappropriate behavior. Livestreams will be available to watch on Chris’s Twitch and/or Youtube.
